How do I opt out of further mailings?
Participating is completely voluntary, and you can easily unsubscribe via the link in the email, using your login code, or by contacting us.
Participating in our surveys is always entirely voluntary. If you received an invitation by email, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. Your choice is saved immediately in our system, and you will be promptly removed from future reminders for the study in question without needing to give a reason.
If you received a survey by post or wish to block your address completely from future inquiries, you can do that too. Go to the web address provided in the letter and enter your 8-character login code, found at the top of the sheet. There, you can directly choose to decline further participation or register a permanent block against new mailings.

Please have your login code ready so we can assist you more quickly.
