Is it mandatory to answer the survey?
Participation in the survey from Nordvik Insikt is completely voluntary, but your answers are important to provide an accurate picture of public opinion.
No, participating in our surveys is always entirely voluntary. You decide for yourself whether you want to take part, and you have the full right to stop at any time without needing to explain why. Even though there is no obligation, every voice matters. The more people who respond, the more reliable the foundation becomes for improving operations and services.
If you decide to participate, the survey usually takes between 8 and 12 minutes. You can easily log in via the web address using the 8-character login code found at the top of your letter or email. The survey remains open for 3 weeks from the date it was sent, meaning you can choose a time that suits you best.
If you do not wish to participate, you do not need to do anything, but if you would like to avoid potential reminders, you can let us know.
