Where do I find my login code?
Your personal login code consists of eight characters and is printed at the top of your physical letter or in the invitation email you received.
If you have received an invitation by regular mail, you will find your login code printed at the top of the front page of the letter. The code consists of eight characters, a mix of numbers and letters, and is located in a highlighted box next to the web address. You enter the code on our homepage to go directly to your questions.
If you instead received the invitation via email, the eight-character code is clearly displayed at the beginning of the message. The email also usually contains a direct link that logs you in automatically without the need to enter the code manually. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder and search for Nordvik Insikt.
Remember that the survey is normally open for three weeks from the dispatch date and takes about 8–12 minutes to complete.
