How long does the survey take?
Most of our surveys take between 8 and 12 minutes to complete, and you can always pause and continue later if you need to.
Most surveys from us at Nordvik Insikt take approximately 8 to 12 minutes to complete. The estimated time is always specified in the introductory text, either in the physical letter or in the email you received. However, the time may vary slightly depending on how thoroughly you choose to answer any open-ended text questions.
You do not need to complete the entire survey in one sitting. If you need to take a break, your answers are automatically saved after each completed page. You can log in again at any time using your eight-character login code from the same or another device and continue right where you left off, as long as the survey period is still active.
Our surveys are normally open for responses for 3 weeks from the date of dispatch. We recommend completing the survey in a quiet environment via mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
