No, the survey is not an invoice, and it costs nothing to participate. The mailing you received in your letterbox or via email is a completely free invitation to a survey from us at Nordvik Insikt. You never commit to any purchases, subscriptions, or future payments when you open the invitation or choose to respond.
In your mailing, you will find an 8-character login code located at the top of the letter or email. The code is only used to start the form on our website. Participation is voluntary, usually takes between 8 and 12 minutes to complete, and the survey is typically open for responses for three weeks from the mailing date.
We will never ask you for bank card details, personal codes, or payment signatures. Your answers are processed anonymously and protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
