Can I pause and continue later?

Yes, you can take a break from the survey at any time. Our system automatically saves your answers each time you proceed to the next page of the form. This means you do not have to complete the entire survey at once, although it usually only takes 8–12 minutes to answer. When you want to pause, simply close the browser tab.

When you want to resume the survey, click the same link in the email or go to the web address specified in your letter. Enter your personal 8-character login code, which you can find at the top of the mailing. You will be taken directly to the page where you left off and can continue answering the questions at your own pace.

Please keep in mind that all our surveys are open for three weeks from the dispatch date. You therefore need to complete your answers before this period expires.
