Can I have my data deleted?
Yes, under applicable data protection legislation (GDPR), you always have the right to have your personal data erased from our records.
Under applicable data protection legislation, you always have the right to have your personal data deleted from our systems. If you have received an invitation to a survey but do not wish to participate, or if you have completed a survey and want your data removed afterwards, we will of course assist you with this without delay.
The easiest way to request deletion is to contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@nordvikinsikt.se or our customer support team at support@nordvikinsikt.se. Please provide the 8-character login code found at the top of your email or letter so that we can locate your case right away. You can also call us at 010-123 45 00 on weekdays between 9:00 and 16:00.
Once we have received your request, your contact details will be permanently deleted from our records within 30 days. If you have already submitted survey responses, the information is completely anonymised, meaning the answers can no longer be linked to you personally and will only be included as anonymous statistics. You will always receive written confirmation as soon as the deletion has been completed.
