How do I stop receiving reminders?
Here we explain how you can easily unsubscribe from reminders or end your participation in a survey from Nordvik Insikt.
If you want to avoid reminders, the easiest way is to either complete the survey or actively decline participation. Log in to our website using your eight-digit login code found at the top of the mailing. Once you have submitted your answers or selected the option to decline on the start page, you are immediately removed from future mailings for that specific survey.
If you received the survey via email, there is always a link at the bottom of the message where you can unsubscribe with a single click. When you click the link, your email address will be blocked from further reminders for the current study. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the system to be fully updated everywhere.
If you do not want to receive any surveys at all from Nordvik Insikt in the future, you can contact our support team at support@nordvikinsikt.se or call 010-123 45 00 on weekdays between 9 and 16. Provide your login code and we will help you block future mailings. You can also reach our data protection officer via dpo@nordvikinsikt.se for questions about your personal data.
