Can I get the survey on paper instead?
Here we explain how to order a paper survey with a return envelope if you would rather respond with pen and paper than via computer or mobile.
If you have received a digital invitation but prefer to respond on paper, this can easily be arranged for most surveys. We want participating to feel safe and convenient for you. When you choose the paper format, we will send the survey to your address along with a prepaid return envelope so you do not need to pay any postage.
To receive a physical form, contact us and provide your name, postal address, and the 8-character login code from your invitation. You can reach us most easily at support@nordvikinsikt.se or by phone at 010-123 45 00, weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 and 16:00. We pack and send out your form within two business days.
Please keep in mind that the survey is normally open for responses for three weeks. Since postal delivery takes a few days, it is a good idea to order the paper survey as early as possible. Completing the questions usually takes between 8 and 12 minutes, and when you are done, simply place the survey in the return envelope and post it in your nearest yellow postbox.
