How did you get my contact details?

Here we explain how we obtain contact details via random sampling from public registers or from our clients' customer lists.

When we conduct social surveys, we usually use random samples from public registers, such as the Swedish State Personal Address Register (SPAR) or public telephone directories. The sample is selected to reflect the population based on factors such as age or place of residence. This ensures that the results are statistically reliable and representative of the entire group we are studying.

In other cases, we carry out assignments on behalf of companies, municipalities, or organisations. If the survey concerns a specific service, the client has shared your contact details with us in our role as a data processor. The information is used exclusively for the survey in question, stored only during the three-week survey period, and subsequently deleted in accordance with our procedures.

We safeguard your privacy and never sell personal data. You always have the right to know which source we used or to request that your details be removed. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@nordvikinsikt.se or call us at 010-123 45 00 on weekdays between 9 and 16 if you have questions regarding your rights.
