Who gets to see my responses?
Your responses are always handled anonymously and compiled in aggregate so that no client or unauthorized party can see how you specifically answered.
When you participate in a survey with us at Nordvik Insikt, all information is handled under strict confidentiality. Only our internal analysts have technical access to raw data during the processing period. Your responses are quickly disconnected from your login code and contact details, ensuring that no single individual can be identified in the survey's final results.
Our clients, such as public authorities or companies that commissioned the survey, only receive access to finalized statistical reports. The results are always presented at a group level in the form of charts, tables, and percentages. If a specific respondent group is too small, it is automatically merged with other groups so that individual answers can never be deduced.
We store your responses during the 3 weeks that the survey is ongoing and delete the link to your personal data as soon as the analysis is completed.
