Terms of service

Who you are contracting with

Kajsa Tutorial Studio is a product operated by PromaintX AB ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and PromaintX AB. Contact: info@promaintx.com.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Kajsa Tutorial Studio you agree to these terms. If you sign up for an organisation you confirm you may bind it; if you sign up for yourself you confirm you are of legal age. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.

The service

Kajsa Tutorial Studio turns a screen recording into a tutorial video with AI voice-over, subtitles and a written guide, in up to 20 languages. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer it, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent quotas, credit accounting or other technical limits.

Credits

• A guide uses 6 credits per started minute of finished video, all 20 languages included, at most 10 minutes (60 credits) per guide.
• Credits are bought and held in your KajsaSupport account and are charged when the finished guide is published.
• If production fails on our side, the reserved credits are never charged.
• Credits are prepaid and valid for 12 months from purchase. There is no monthly fee and no monthly reset.

Payment, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund policy applies in addition.

Your content

You keep all rights to your recordings, source material and everything generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or spam use of the service.
• No infringement of anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• No malware, probing, scraping, or interference with the security or integrity of the service.
• No attempt to bypass workspace isolation, quotas or credit accounting.
• No illegal, hateful or abusive content, deepfakes or impersonation, and no attempts to jailbreak or misuse the AI features.

AI output and your responsibility

Transcripts, scripts, narration, subtitles, guides and video are generated by AI systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are drafts you review before publishing. You are responsible for your prompts and recordings, for holding the rights to the material you submit, for verifying accuracy, and for how you use the output. Output is not a substitute for regulated professional advice without human oversight.

We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and outputs, and suspend accounts, where use breaches these terms. Rights holders can report infringing content to info@promaintx.com; we remove verified material and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Our intellectual property

PromaintX AB retains all rights in Kajsa Tutorial Studio, including its software, models, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Availability and warranties

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Processing depends on third-party providers for transcription, language models, speech and rendering. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we warn you first. You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time; on termination your content and stored files are deleted and files you already downloaded remain yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.

General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by Swedish courts unless mandatory law says otherwise.
