Terms of service

The service

Knowledge Studio turns a screen recording or an existing article into a Knowledge Base article with video, narration, written steps and machine-readable knowledge, which you download and publish yourself. We do not host your published Knowledge Base.

Article credits

  • Capacity is bought as article credits. One credit covers producing one article.
  • A credit is reserved when production starts and consumed when the article reaches Ready.
  • If production fails on our side, the reserved credit is released back to your workspace.
  • Credits are not refundable in cash once consumed.

Your content

You keep all rights to your recordings, source articles and everything generated from them. We process it only to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train models.

Acceptable use

  • Do not record or upload content you have no right to use.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive material.
  • Do not attempt to bypass workspace isolation, quotas or credit accounting.

AI output

Generated text, narration and video are drafts produced by AI systems. Every article is reviewed by you before it is downloaded and published; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing depends on third-party providers for transcription, language models, speech and rendering.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. Articles you already downloaded remain yours and keep working.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts unless mandatory law says otherwise.

Company details, registered address and contact email are placeholders and must be completed before this is used commercially.
