About us
We have spent decades explaining how software works. It should not be this hard.
Some of us have worked in SaaS for a few years. Others for more than 30. Between us, we have worked with software, support, onboarding, training, e-learning and knowledge bases for a very long time.
And we have all run into the same problem.
The people who really know how a product works are usually busy doing their actual jobs. They are not scriptwriters, video editors or professional speakers. They can show someone how to do something in two minutes — but turning those two minutes into a polished tutorial, training material or a useful knowledge base article can take hours.
So it often does not get done.
We have tried plenty of tools over the years. There are some very good ones out there. But we wanted something simpler: no million features to learn, no complicated setup and no need to become a video producer just to explain how a button works.
We wanted something affordable that could deliver real value within a couple of minutes of creating an account.
So we built Kajsa Tutorial Studio.
You record your screen and explain what you are doing in your own words. It does not matter if you hesitate, restart a sentence or say “um” a few times. Kajsa Tutorial Studio transcribes what you say, turns it into a clear instructional script, creates a natural AI voiceover, adds subtitles, focuses the video on what matters and produces a finished tutorial.
At the same time, it creates a structured step-by-step article designed not only for people to read, but also to work well in modern, AI-powered knowledge bases.
And because software rarely stops at one language, the same tutorial can be created in up to 20 languages without recording everything again.
The idea behind Kajsa Tutorial Studio is deliberately simple: show it once, and let the technology do the boring work.
