Yes, you can certainly answer the survey using your mobile phone or tablet. Our survey tool automatically adapts to your device's screen size, making the questions easy to read and complete. If you received the invitation by email, simply tap the link directly in the message to open the survey.

If you received the survey via a physical letter, open any browser on your mobile device and enter the specified web address. Then, enter your 8-character login code, which is located at the top of the letter. The survey usually takes 8–12 minutes to complete, and your responses are saved continuously as you proceed.

You can safely pause the survey and resume it later or switch devices, provided you use the same code or link within the 3-week response period.
